Yes! You do not have to allow frozen foods to thaw before cooking in the Power AirFryer 360Deluxe™. Just add a few minutes to the cooking cycle and you’re all set.

Can I check my meals during the cooking process?
Yes! You may press the Start/Pause Button and open the door at any time during the cooking cycle. The same cooking cycle will resume when you close the door and press the Start/Pause Button again. Many people like to open the door during the cooking process to check on their meals. Alternatively, you can press the Light Button to turn on the light and watch your meals cook through the glass door.

Is it possible to shut off the unit at any time?
Yes! Simply Press the Power Button once. Opening the door pauses the cooking cycle.

How do I dehydrate in the Power AirFryer 360 Deluxe™?
The Power AirFryer 360 Deluxe™ is designed with a pro-grade, built-in Dehydrator. You can easily dehydrate your favorite fresh meats, fruits and veggies with no added sugar right at home on the included racks. See the Owner’s Manual for specific instructions.

How do I clean my Power AirFryer 360 Deluxe™?
Be sure the Power AirFryer 360 Deluxe™ is unplugged and has cooled completely. Clean the inner wall and heating element with a small amount of nonabrasive soap and a nonmetallic sponge. The heating element is not dishwasher safe. Reminder: Follow the same instructions when washing the door. Do not put the door in the dishwasher or submerge it in water.

Where is the vent located on the Power AirFryer 360 Deluxe™?
The vent is located in the back of the unit. Remember to leave sufficient space between the vent and any adjacent surface that may block airflow such as a wall. When cooking, DO NOT place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances. Leave at least 5 in. free space on the top, back, and sides and above the appliance. DO NOT place anything on top of the appliance.

Can I make kebabs in the Power AirFryer 360 Deluxe™?
Yes! The Power AirFryer 360 Deluxe™ is designed with a pro-grade Rotisserie Function. Rotisserie an entire chicken to tender, crisp perfection or make juicy, authentic kebabs right in your own kitchen.

Do I have to use oil?
It is not necessary to use oil to air fry. The Power AirFryer 360 Deluxe™ cooks food with super-heated air instead of oil. You may spray or coat your food with oil as desired for added flavor. Do not pour oil directly into the unit.

Is the Power AirFryer 360 dishwasher safe?
The racks and Rotisserie Spit are dishwasher safe. All other components may be washed with a small amount of nonabrasive soap and a nonmetallic sponge.

Can I make more than one type of food at once?
Absolutely! The Power AirFryer 360 Deluxe™ is designed with five shelves for the included racks.

What cooking level do I use for toasting?
The Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 Deluxe™ has all the recommended cooking levels labeled on the outside of the door. For toast, insert the tray into the toast level. Then adjust settings for how many pieces of bread and how light or dark you want your toast.

What cooking level do I use for Air Frying?
The door on the Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 Deluxe™ shows recommended cooking levels for all cooking types. Use the recommended cooking levels for your air frying crisper tray and the corresponding preset time and temperature. You may need to increase the time depending on the thickness or density of the food.

Do I have to turn my food during the cooking process?
You may need to move, flip, or rotate your food during cooking to ensure every piece is cooked to your desired doneness.

What do I do with the grease in the drip tray when cooking meat?
You will need to remove grease or drippings when the drip tray becomes half full. Do not place anything under the heating element to soak up the grease or drippings. Do not use foil to help with clean up. When using the rotisserie to cook a chicken or turkey, it is very important to ensure your poultry is properly trussed. Tie up the legs and wings very securely to the body of the bird. This will decrease the amount of drippings.

Why does the unit seem so large in the box?
To ensure your Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 Deluxe™ is delivered in perfect condition, each and every unit is carefully boxed with extra packaging material. This extra step in protection requires a shipping box that is much larger than the unit itself. While the shipping box may appear extra large, the Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 dimensions are still only 15.1″ x 19.3″ x 10.4″ for standard size, and 15.6″ x 19.7″ x 13″ for XL family size.

To return the product for replacement or refund within 90 days, the original purchaser must pack the product securely and send it postage paid with a description of the reason for replacement or refund, proof of purchase, and the order number on the package to the following address: Power AirFryer 360, Vivitech/Fosdick Returns, 15392 Cobalt St., Sylmar, CA 91342.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, return the product and request a replacement product or refund. Proof of purchase is required. Replacement Guarantee Policy:
Our products, when purchased from an authorized retailer, include a 1-year replacement guarantee if your product or component part does not perform as expected, the guarantee extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
